Adelphi delivers production AI solutions for national security. We are cleared experts familiar with classified, covert and enterprise operations to close the last mile between available frontier AI tools and the warfighter.
We deploy into the networks and environments where the mission runs. Â We understand the challenge with data sharing is the access, not the model. Â Our technology connects models and agents to governed mission data, so data sharing becomes an engineering problem we have already solved.

Turning AI into
capabilities at speed.
Government leaders do not have an AI idea problem. They have a deployment problem â accreditation, data access, integration, and the last mile into an operator's hands. Adelphi is built end to end for that last mile. This is how we work on every engagement.

Built around the operator.
We start with the decision the operator needs to make, the data required to make it and the friction standing in the way. We then select and adapt the AI to fit the mission, rather than asking the mission to adapt to the technology â all while meeting operational tempo.

Gateway: Connect.
A secure access layer that connects models and agents to authorized mission data across the systems, organizations and environments already in place.

Registry: Govern.
A governed catalog of connected data sources, permissions, policies and provenance. It shows what information is available, who can access it and where an answer came from.

Mission-Ready Engineers. Cross-network.
Cleared Adelphi engineers work inside the environment to connect systems, adapt models and design workflows around the network, authorities and operators already in place.

Accreditation is part of the engineering.
Secure pipelines, access controls, deployment patterns and authorization evidence are built alongside the capability from day one. Our team stays through accreditation, go-live and operator adoption. We measure success by capability in use.
Production AI where
the Customer sits.
Adelphi delivers across defense and intelligence environments where data, networks and details often cannot be named publicly.
Fragmented Data to AI Enabled Analysis
Critical intelligence was distributed across Microsoft tools, organizations and networks. Adelphi connected the existing stack, evaluated multiple LLMs, built the operator workflow, and deployed into a sovereign infrastructure for sensitive mission data.
Under a month
Comptroller Financial Intelligence
Adelphi built a financial intelligence platform that gives a comptroller one view of budget execution across organizations without moving their financial data. We connected existing budget, obligation and contract systems in place, so analysts could ask questions in plain language and get answers inside their own network. Every query carries a full audit trail and data lineage.Â
Scale via connectivity, not reconstruction
Agentic AI where it's needed
Adelphi deployed modern agentic workflows behind the air gap, connecting accredited data sources through policy-governed access, and operating entirely inside the boundary. We enabled a senior USG official to prepare for their speeches using AI, inside their mission boundaries.
Air-gapped
Built by Operators and Innovators.
Adelphi brings together national security operators, AI and data engineers, and leaders who have built and scaled high-consequence technology. Our teams turn rapidly advancing AI into capability that works in real mission environments, on real networks and under real operational authorities.

Recruited to the CIA out of undergrad, Kartik focused on Hard Targets and technical operations on some of the U.S.'s toughest geopolitical challenges, such as building globally distributed AI infrastructure and supporting major foreign intelligence operations. He founded Devron, pioneering the first federated AI platform adopted by top financial institutions, intelligence agencies, and the Department of War, and raising $20M before an exit. He went on to co-found Adelphi with Travis May.
