Adelphi built a financial intelligence platform that gives a comptroller one view of budget execution across organizations without moving their financial data. Kartik Chopra

CEO + Co-founder

Recruited to the CIA out of undergrad, Kartik focused on Hard Targets and technical operations on some of the U.S.'s toughest geopolitical challenges, such as building globally distributed AI infrastructure and supporting major foreign intelligence operations. He founded Devron, pioneering the first federated AI platform adopted by top financial institutions, intelligence agencies, and the Department of War, and raising $20M before an exit. He went on to co-found Adelphi with Travis May.

Travis has a proven track record as a serial entrepreneur, having previously led the two biggest data exits of the last 20 years as co-founder and CEO of both LiveRamp and Datavant, two companies that transformed data connectivity and healthcare data exchange.

Rachel Rubin is an operator and investor who most recently served as COO of Oviva Therapeutics and previously built day-one operations for companies as part of Roivant Sciences. Before this, Rachel was a Vice President within Goldman Sachs Asset Management, focused on hedge fund investing and portfolio construction.
